3. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges collected by us are shown before you submit payment.

Prices may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter an order we have already accepted.

We may use fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to prepare and deliver orders. Please contact Zulay for help with your purchase or delivery.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
For a missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery, contact support@zulayfruitmachine.com with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Our ability to make a change depends on the order’s fulfillment status. If the order has already been dispatched, the return process may apply. This does not affect any cancellation rights available under applicable law.
